PACKING AND MAILING INSTRUCTIONS

1. Include a letter with specific information about the problem with your watch.   You can print out our REPAIR REQUEST FORM to fill out and send with your watch.
   List all the items you would like to have repaired.  Enclose your name, address, phone number and e-mail address.    Your estimate will be sent by e-mail, fax, or by U.S. Mail as you prefer.
2. Pack your watch securely in padded wrapping materials such as bubble wrap (for protection against shock) in a sturdy box sealed with tape. Please do not use the gift box your watch came in, as it may be damaged in shipping or in handling.
3. Ship via registered and insured mail. Remember to insure the watch for its full replacement value.  Your watch will be returned to you insured for the same value you insured it for.
